Another I'm bored at work scope recommendation

Yep it's Friday and I'm thinking about new scopes.
Something for my new Kimber so want to keep the weight down.
    Ideally no lower than 3-15
Like the burris hd5 but are there any lighter options

Had one on my Montana .308, was way too long for such a small rifle.

Yes I very much like the z5 but they are a long scope and I think do look a bit silly on smaller guns

    You wonder why Sw
Aro don’t shorten the tube up given the trend for short mags and 08 based cases.

Or add a 4-12 x42 with a BT to the range.

Might be a bit heavy but when it breaks you can keep getting a replacement no questions asked

How light do you want to be? With swaro you sacrifice a lot to have a light scope I’d just get a vx5 and rest assure it won’t brake day 2 of a 5 day trip and call the extra weight insurance all 50 grams of it

Trying to find the balance of price weight and magnification.
Matt even switch my vx6 to this rifle then or something else on my grendel.
