    there's a Ziess HD5 3-15x50 w dial up turrets on tardme right now that u should look at.

    I see the add shows an illuminated reticle. The SHV 3-12 doesn't actually have illumination, so the reticle is easily lost at dusk and in heavy back grounds. Nice scope, but I would go for the IR reticle. I regret I didn't.

    Just got a new zeiss hd5 5-25x50 here for $1500 a good shop that deals with zeiss should be able to get it for that price. Better glass than the vortex target turrets etc. US dollar pretty crap at the moment so the euro scopes defiantly worth a look at.

    I got a sightron stac 3-16. I think it's pretty good though haven't compared it. Was cheeep at 400 pounds...the sales docket didn't denote the currency and so it arrived on my doorstep gst free.

    I put one of these on 7rm like it so far. Talleys rings. browning abolt.
