The stock will take about 6 weeks when it gets started in about 2 or 3 weeks.

Getting a carbon fibre sako 75 stock made....good things take time!

This a bit cheaper than senator and still no idea of when they will be able to make 1. Hence going with a stock from SG gunstocks.

    Cheers

What is the difference in shape if any to the 85? Iv shouldered and shot a mates 75 a few times and while I haven't studied it it felt the same as my 85.

    Lol...bill

I have a 75 in 243' it really fits me hence getting one made for the howa.

Vietnamcam, I think the main difference is the monte carlo style stock, the other would be the weight. 75s ain't light!

I think the palm swell is also slightly more pronounced on the 75, at least compared to an 85 fin light I tried.

My thoughts, have never owned an 85, maybe someone who has owned both will chip in.

    Cheers

Mines a walnut and my mates spastic fantastic with the grippy bits that wear out in 5 minuets. Without actually weighing them bare mine is well heavier but i have a bigger heavier scope(which if im honest has ruined it as a bush rifle)
I dont mind the weight. Its still easier to shoot most of the time even in the bush.
