    That 45-60 has made a huge impression on many of the guys who have handled it

    say if i put a 21mm reamer down the existing 12g barrel and turn the OD of the rifled barrel to suit what is a reasonable amount of clearance with the intention of using a epoxy/glue(recommendations appreciated) ( it looks like makka used bearing retaining compound, was that green loctite?)

    I've done at least a dozen bore and lines
    Most with West epoxy
    Some with green retaining compound
    Prefer epoxy

    It want too be as close a fit as you can manage.
    Don't rely on the epoxy too fill in
    Turn it properly

    If you mix one table spoon of epoxy only one tea spoon will stay in there
