Barrel cleaning procedure for cast bullet use??

Almost ready to take out my 1880's Remington Hepburn single shot rifle to fire its first shots from me. I will be running a low pressure smokeless load to start with instead of BP to start with till i get used to her. I'm completely lost as to what the barrel cleaning procedure should be after shooting cast bullets. Whats the recommended method? I confused the crap out of myself searching this on the net.

With properly lubed bullets at moderate speed eg 1400 fps unless your bore is rough leading is extremely unlikely it's easy to see in the bore. If it occurs a bronze brush will shift it with a little effort. Otherwise a couple of patches then a light oil should do. BP cleaning is different as you probably already know.
You dont mention calibre but i suspect 45/70. I have an original springfield with a pitted bore that still shoots good enough to be competitive. I put a wax disc and card wad behind the bullet and that helps greatly mind you it only shoots bp.
Some bullets are designed for paper patching and most target rifles of the era used paper patched ammunition but I've never had results better than i get with cast lubed bullets in any cal that justified the extra effort and a wax cookie is still recommended.
Have fun and please show is the rifle.
