Works for me....it's utube so generally there is an add first....after a few seconds should be able to skip it.

Sorry wasn't clear enough. The "review" is an advertisement, its informative and all but keep that in mind. Does not mean the channel is bad (though I have seen some practices there that are more than questionable), watch it occasionally.

I like the idea and there's some great features I just wish the stock wasn't so ugly
It would also be encouraging to see barrel kits supported by nz suppliers, doesn't appear to be anyone in nz carrying the switch barrel kits.

My Father brough one last year and I have used it a bit and it is great. Shoots well off the shoulder but you have to get used to the safety which is minor. Easy to change the trigger pulls as well.

Essentially a cheaper blaser I think. Agree with @dannyb in saying it would be nice to see barrel kits, would love a 7PRC or Rem Mag kit for it.

A 308 and some sort of magnum would see you pretty well sussed I reckon and some sort of aftermarket stock potentially lighter weight than factory would be awesome

Well clearly guys around here can't look after it....every, yep every single CM rifle I see has corrosion somewhere, the best idea is not to put a bore scope down one.....doesn't mean they don't shoot...

We are so close to the sea & hunting in the rain, use tents etc that the Euro style rifles can be a little out of their depth unless guys get a little OCD with their maintenance programme

    There are some 30-06, 300WM, plenty of 308 & 6.5CM in stock

I have one of these in .308 currently and really like it. I'm left handed but my old man is right handed and we mainly shoot together so I like the idea of being able to swap it around and give it to him in the middle of a hunt to shoot and vice versa. Mine shoots really well, MOA or better depending on how I'm feeling and I have a VX5 on top of it with one our new titanium silencers from GC (I haven't shot it with that silencer on it just yet as I literally got that yesterday).

It's not the lightest rifle around at 4.5Kg all up with a loaded magazine but not over the top heavy. I would also say it's not the best for stalking as it's quite loud to load and fairly hard to do so silently but I don't really do any of that type of hunting so it doesn't worry me. Trigger is good. Overall very happy with it and I think it looks good to boot.

I have one in 308 and so far I love it! Yesterday I tried 10 different handloads with 110gr, 150gr, 168gr, 180gr and 190gr, over RL10x, RL17, and 2206h and it shot everything bar one load into an inch or less! The real surprise was the 110gr into a very tight cloverleaf.
Also shot 178gr Hornady precision hunter sun moa.
Had a couple of hard extractions on 1 of the hotter loads, but I suspect that has more to do with my reloading techniques and one failure to extract. Trigger isn’t awful but it’s no tikka.
RL 10x was the big winner over 2206h which also surprised me.
