I've been using the Vortex bino chest pack for some time now. Fairly comfortable and reasonably priced. Good pocket in the front for things like ammo, ear plugs, GPS etc.
Got mine from Broncos

Have got the Sitka bino harness and really like it, but i have never had experiance with any others to compare with really, its small easy to use but not waterproof, got told the idea to stuff a shower cap inside it and when it rains flip the cap over it an it is fairly well protected, very cheap option and works well. If you like to do alot of shooting off the ground then keep in mind that you have to unclip the harness every time you lie down to shoot, but if its only everynow an then its no worries.
Here's the Eberleystock one attached to the daypack. Easy to get off in a hurry, and doesn't more abound even when running.
Works really well. I'm pretty sure there are a number of other bino packs that could be attached to a pack, rather than use their harnesses.
