Binos on tripod, adaptor or just rest on top?

Morning. I have a Primos trigger stick and find resting my binos on top of the rifle yoke works pretty well. Will I be gaining much by actually fixing them to it with an adaptor?

I did so I can film through my binos to spot shots. That's using a small tripod not a triger stick

Would make it easier for glassing further out. That said 10X binos aren’t too bad with stability. I have 12X and they’re on the limit of what you can uses free hand for a clear view/focus
