Import a Harris from the States, I've bought 2 swivel ones from the USA for almost half the price anywhere sells locally.
I don't mind paying more to buy local, but when I can get one from the US landed for $150 and they are over $250 here I'm not so keen.

Just use a bag of Kitty litter, works mint

I've used this Caldwell all over the shop and on different rifles. Never let me down in 15 years of quite hard hunting. Have used it on the range ok. Has a bit of swivel and tilt. Light. Cheap.
