Has anyone considered he might have just cocked up the shot or shots?
This may be hard to believe, but even I've missed a few easy shots.

pretty common if you can't get the bipod tall enough, for the butstock to sit far to low on the shoulder. will cause a mis high on target.

Just ask the animal to take a step closer next time. Ha ha ha bacilli’s S for more useful tips.

It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

I'll go along with the cock up theory. Years ago in the land of usenet newreaders a post was made about charts. The replies started off serious but then improved to something about four elephants holding up the world. I miss newsgroups. A few of these replies take me back. Yes I'll ask the deer to move closer next time.

Secondly, you will get a different point of impact shooting over a bag, and using a bipod. Experiment with both over the same range on flat ground.
You are correct! I screwed that one up haha thanks for pointing it out and getting it right!
