Hey @HuntGatherRepeat I have a couple of Ruger 77/22 Bolt action .22WMR rifles and am looking to sell or trade one funnily enough for a 10/22...

This particular one is a Stainless Laminate model that is Cerakoted in Burnt Bronze. I have both 25mm & 30mm rings and a MAE suppressor to match available.

PM me if it may be of interest mate. Cheers Craig

Ha ha, yeah I do find Bruno a prick of a word to spell also. Shame you don't like the CZ, I've had a few and rate them but everyone has their favorites.
Sorry 0 Ring when I mean't slick I wasn't so much talking about the action which can be gritty ( 527 the same ) but balance of the rifle, for me a Bruno model one is like pointing half a T34 tank . Just never felt good...however in 300 yrs time it will still be a very very well made rifle

For me my French Unique semi totally piss's on all of them but again I love the gun, balance feels right, triggers very average but I have learn't to use it, will do up to 400 rds with dirty sub sonic and 900 - 1000 with hi speed before a jam.
A joy to carry and shoot. Only gun I have come across to match it is the EM322......those bloody Chinese can build a tack driver when they want to.

Cool thing is we all have favorites and that's what makes it fun and opinionated, speaking of opinion's ...whoever started this thread for fuck sake sell that piece of shit 10/22 and buy a .22 with some style, class and most of all accuracy... I've always wondered if 10/ 22 was the amount of hit's outta 22 shots you hit Kim Kardashian's fat arse at 6 feet with a Ruger.....

Yep Viper, those Unique's are certainly well made, accurate semis; probably one of the best ever made .22 semi's.

I find the Brno Model 1 and Model 5 because of it's shorter barrel better balanced than the Model 2, ZKM 452 which the current CZ 452 is a direct decendant of.

Mind you, it all depends on the weight of the scope used. Some people just like to spoil the balance of a fine hunting rifle by mounting some monstrosity of a variable scope on it. Just like the current obsession many (particularly new) deer hunters have. Not realising that they're the victims of uninformed sales people or retailers that make more money out those huge Hubble scopes. Rant ended, at least for today.

+1 for Krico if you can find one - good hunting feel, excellent build quality and extremely accurate.

The Voere bolt action is a fine rifle too and similar to the Krico. Had one that would shoot Minas heads off at 50m.
