Shit that stag looks like it came out of a concentration camp @T.T , great pic and a hell of a big walk, I see how you got the 15" barrel now with the muzzle forward suppressor, I like what you've done there, mine being 6.5 x 55 I don't really want to go any shorter than 19.5 and it still balances ok with the suppressor.

I had mine in the bush in 4 days of rain, I probably should have pulled the butt off the receiver to check for moisture and oil but to be honest I'm a bit nervous doing that, curious what you did with yours when you got home?

The rimless cases are a bit fiddly to get out as they come out very far when you break the gun, but you do get used to it, I would definitely go a rimmed jobby if I brought again but don't think that will happen with prices now

My rifle has been swimming several times. As far as I know ( could be wrong )the parts in the action are either stainless or alloy. I’ve never taken the stock off mine. I just remove the barrel and breach block and let it dry out in the gun safe. I have a piano heater in the safe which does a great job of driving all moisture out.

My rifle fell 140m down a cliff with me
It's been 100% apart and a very fine crack in the wrist has been repaired and is now invisible

I also wanted too see how the trigger and cooking worked.
