The fishins good-- getting lotsa nibbles and big bites!

However, for shooting little pigs at relatively short range in rapid fire, a semi is a better bet than any bolt gun. Even a woodmaster!. Nothing wrong with a Bar or a Sauer semi either for that matter.
Are semi's frowned upon in these driven shoots, in similar way to the poms frowning on semi auto shotguns on driven pheasant shoots instead of side by sides?

    AK ???

I think that's your taste Greg
The two rifles you mentioned fell out of the ugly tree from a massive height.

Yep I had considered that fact as well

The first time I picked up the Argo I knew I would buy it, it just felt right, I'm not a "form over function guy"

With a mag mod, to hold 5 in 308 it was the perfect multi shot pig rifle, this was years before the ARs were available.

Tbf the only thing that needs to loose weight is me, and that's getting worked on.
