@DPT thank you for the comment. I tried to accurately relay the situation in my first post.
However the second email sent to me from your team was pretty bland without any compromise or options given. I was expecting a phone call in follow up of my initial call, though that appears something went amiss when it was tried. I didn't receive a response to my follow up email.
The reason for my first post was to show what happened with the suppressor and for other people to be aware that this is possible, as I was not before this incident.
