    Oopsie. Whilst it performed well being worked with the fingers it's not the same in the rifle. So back with the thinking cap, otherwise I have a lovely single shot brno.

    Yes, the rimmed cartridge is a bit of a pest. Works best when the bolt is worked a little more smartly than most people are used too, feels a little odd.

    The chamber size thing I experienced is in the body taper - it's very hard to explain but the older Euro chamber size had a slightly different taper profile compared to the Saami profile case.

    When loading the mag - use the factory supplied mag loading tool (an empty case to flick the rim all the way back - or at a pinch the rim of another loaded round). Works quite well.

    Quite right thanks, a smart push forward does a better job.
