    I had mine adjusted by gunsmith Zac Earl out fChristchurch.Top bloke, great work. Got it down to about 2.5lb good clean break for a lever. Worth going the extra effort. I'd buy another BLR knowing how good it came out.

    Woooo, NZ Police approved me bringing both rifles. Please send update on result of trigger work so I can decide whether to do the same with mine when there...not enough time to get it done in US before we leave.

    Mines just been done. Its kind of like a 2 stage trigger which I didn't expect but once the initial take-up (very light and smooth) is gone its crisp as can be and much lighter. Completely changed the rifle for the better.

    how bout recommendations for good bases/rings or rail/rings for scope for these? anyone use QD rings to give option to still use the open sights?
