    Sometimes this mod is done for someone whose hand has suffered an injury or possible finger amputations have done something similar for a friends sportered 303

    I reckon the weight saving would be negated by carrying band aids, for the burn on you hand after touching the barrel.

    yes they would especially as they publicly advertise selling firearms - Have seen them advertising firearms in the past - estate stuff

    Fantastic work Bubba

    Unreasonably happy to have come across this fine piece of the the gunsmiths art so I can share it on here.
    This Cooey Model 84 made it's appearance at the range last night.
    Found in a garden shed alongside the rakes, shovels and other tools it now has a safe home.
    Aftermarket aluminium buttstock to rival the best from TSK
    Gave it a pull through, bore is much better than the exterior.
    Shoots high, have to hold about 1.5ft low on DTL targets, bit hard on your cheek, not sure I'd like to do a 2 day sporting shoot with it.Name:  Bubba gun 1.jpg
