I don't think it has an actual name but I described what I wanted and then attached a photo to the email when I sent though the order.

    Moa
    Zero stop
Clearer markings - every whole number marked.
Dashes should be full height (for the whole number) then 3/4 height and then 1/2 height.
I said I didn't care about the arrow and U that shows you which way to turn the cap (obvious with a zero stop) but they ended up putting that on the knurling.

I described all this to the bloke on the phone who knew what I was talking about, then sent an email with a picture as well.

And they still forgot the zero stop...

So just talked to NZ Asia and all I need for zero stop on my vx2 CDS is a little ball bearing, they are sending me one today. Cant be arsed sending away for a new turret with all the numbers instead of up and arrow so will see how this goes

Good service and they have also previously sent a fair few bits for the Toby shoot
    gadgetman and BRADS like this.

2mm s/s ball bearing tapped into the hole. Once it's in its there for good though, fine for me but some may want a second turn in the future

A no 9 or 10 lead shot from a shotgun shell will work for the ball bearing. The only issue is I tried this with my original turret and the one they sent me without the zero stop and the hold in the bottom of the cap that the ball bearing goes into didn't line up with the zero mark on the cap. You can live with it being a bit off or drill another one. It's still worth a try as the hole might be in a different place on yours but it didn't work on mine.
