Thread: Burris Forever Warranty Claim

So I have inherited a Burris XTR 3-12X50. The scope is in as new condition, except the crosshairs are 'fuzzy' and almost look as though they are overlapping (Hard to describe and cant get an image, sorry). Nonetheless, the scope has clearly not stood the test of time internally.

I am wondering if anyone here has had success claiming their forever warranty and can let me know what the process is like?

Can I just pop into a local gun store and begin the claim, or do I need to email Baretta directly? I have all the original packaging, just no receipt.
