    Burris fullfield

Just picked up a unusual scope ( to me ) a Burris fullfield with range finder, bullet drop built in anyone else used one, put it on my 223 but not really suitable. Below is a instruction manual I found on eBay

its an old concept.....has merit unless you find larger or smaller than normal animal...... a fence batten is a much better known size...not much use unless you on farm.
I believe tasco had a 30/30 reticle systen that worked similar....actually its much older still.....if MAN is one thumb height he is X range away..half a thumb Y and thumb sideways Z

dont know how sausage fingered fellas got on...and big difference in AVERAGE height between asian and european peoples and a african fella would really throw spanner in works......
