Burris Sig - E3 Illuminated vs Plex Reticle

Just bought myself a Burris Sig 3-15x44mm with Plex reticle off a forum member. I had been hoping for the E3 Illuminated reticle but got a good deal for the plex model. I have now just seen an Illuminated one up for sale for a similar price and am thinking of swapping scopes.
Is it worth the muck around of reselling my new scope and buying the illuminated> How much of a difference does it make. Interested to know peoples thoughts

    Depends on your hunting mate.

I have the illuminated version and rate it in the bush which is where most of my hunting is, purely from the aspect that you often don't have much time to take that shot so being able to quickly find the reticle and put it where you need has been awesome. Would I go so far as to say it's got me more animals, it would be hard to say, I wouldn't think so. However it does make it easier to place that reticle faser, so maybe? Who knows but I like it.

    I’d stick with the plex.
I had the Sig E3, and I found there was to much going on.
In terms of the reticle but also the illumination turret. It sticks out quite far.
I do more bush hunting so simple streamlined kit is what I lean towards
