CZ452 trainer, after a extremely unnecessary trip to pick it up and finding out the owner had a Norinco magazine for it (that required a yea spoon to remove), I finally got a chance to shoot it.
Fired 2 shoots and thought, why on earth did I buy this.
Sold it a week later and bought a 452 American instead.

Didn't loose any money and ended up with the rifle I shouldve bought in the first place.

Other one certainly took a lot longer to realise, but I shouldve spent a bit more and bought a 11-87 instead of my Remington 870.
IMO pump guns are shit. I'll replace it some day, probably with a underover, just to go to the other end of the spectrum.

Oh there was always robust discussion (childish name calling) on the subject. Apparently if you're female they're fine and kill really well.

Miroku shotgun. Beautiful gun that shot beautifully, but entirely unsuited to what I needed.

Firearms Co. Alpine Model bolt action in 308, trying to sight it in and had to get closer and closer to get on paper, eventually did... at 20mtrs and it was 15cm high. Looked like the mounts had been "customised" with a hand file.
I shimmed it to get it shooting roughly in the right direction but wouldn't group for shit. Still got it, I'll fix it one day, honest!
@veitnamcam - how long ago did you have the issues with the 44mag Rossi? thinking of getting one in the near future and worried there might be a dud batch come in?

Had a Savage Mod.12-VLP in .204 a few years back...

Lovely to fire, accurate (once it was recrowned to fix the previous owners horrible hack-job of threading it), but at 10lb bare weight with a 26" truck axle barrel it wasn't even remotely suited to the hunting I was doing, walking the hills for rabbits/goats/wallabies.

Didn't lose any money on it at least, sold it for a more sensible sporter weight 223 which shoots just as well.

Come to think of it, I have had pangs of buyers remorse for every single bolt action hunting rifle I have purchased

No mate. The new one was purchased off a forum member that I know personally and has vast amounts of integrity.

The firearm in question was not purchased from a member.
As I said, I am not yet regretting it but I may do if something is not resolved fairly.

Ah. Shouldn't have posted. I am just fuming and certainly dont think properly when this angry.
As I said. If not resolved fairly I will post something. Photos and all.
If resolved fairly I will say nothing as it won't do any good either way.
