I'd imagine its the 3-9x40 E1, so its okay, nothing wrong with it.
See if they will upgrade the scope rings from the alloy Beretta ones to the much better stainless Sako Optilocks (for Tikkas) though.

I believe they are a good scope and good value for the price of them. What calibre are you getting? I've got a mate who has just ordered a LH fluted Hunter SS 223 1:8" barrel

I have a Burris Fullfield 2 and a Burris C4, the E1 sits roughly in the middle.

They are very good scopes for the price, light, clear and don't loose zero. 3-9 is a good zoom range for the majority of hunting most folk will do.
I'd be inclined to keep it. Wouldn't be too worried about the factory rings, some folk have problems with them, but majority don't seem too. I used them and were no problem at all.

I have a good mate with the fullfeild and C4 the Fullfeild has nice glass very clear.the clicks on the c4 don't rock my boat.
I think worst scopes could be on your pakage the burris is a good starter scope, not like those back country or hawk things that come on the lemmys.

Thanks for the opinions probably a great scope and I do like the look of them but I decided to leave it and save the money for something I really want. I got a tikka 260 with sako optilocks
