    As this has gone grammatical ill add Shakespeare said the cloths make the man.
    So a guy in a suit (if hes not a lawyer) is ok. Same guy in a gang patched leather jacket and black jeans is a threat to society.
    Its all about appearences and not common sense.

    No. The spelling was clearly intentional to highlight that "A" and "E" are the same therefore Difference and Differance both mean the same thing. Before someone tells me to spell proper english, I have looked at english and it appears that gun ownership = very difficult over there....

    You are lucky. Bureaucracy has an acronym (snob word for abbreviation) in PPA. It stands for PaperPushingArseholes
