    CDS turret help

Looking at a CDS on my Kimber 308 - 600y max.

I hunt (or once did) South Island river flats to tops.

What is best alt/temp settings, and distance increments to go for?

    Cheers!

If you like maths see if Leupold can uuse smoot's as the distance unit: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smoot
Every machine is a smoke machine,
If you use it wrong enough.

I know of a forum member who dials elevation in subway footlong units

Mind you it was for a long range shot using a 45/70, but worked impressively well
