    Got my .223 barrel coated just plain black by Stu at Greystone. The suppressor rubs slightly on the barrel leaving a slight mark and just a quick wipe with the thumb removes any blemish and the coating is still perfect. I quite rate the stuff.

    while he did do a good job , it was a hassle with no contact at times and delays , ...but I cant fault the application of the cerakote .... almost ... but no I wouldn't use him again until he sorts his customer relations

    Also what's the rules around having e cat rifles done? Send it without grip or....?

    I would say you would need to transfer ownership to whoever is dong the work. They would need to have their E endorsement and be the legal owner while work is being carried out. Then reverse the process when you go to pick it up.

    Would be true if the person doing the work isn't a gunsmith. But surely they will have D licences?
