The 94 trappers are pretty compact, but getting hard to find.

Forgot to suggest, if you're wanting a 92 action, import a Rossi Ranch Hand with a regular 92 stock - about the smallest you can go without getting into take downs. They're 23 inches as manufactured, so need the full stock to not be a pistol in NZ. Quality is alright, nothing terrible but definitely a rossi product.

Check out these.... carbon stock, titanium action & steel barrel. Not a peasant gun I imagine they would cost a bit.

    FANZOJ KB-1 TI CARBON

Currently I just do overnighters with good success, but one day when I've got more time on my hands I would like to go 'exploring' on longer missions and carry something light. A takedown bow could be fun but too but with my current bow ability i'd go hungry.

This will be similar to the coating blaser use I imagine. I saw these looking for a titanium version of the k95 I heard about on a forum.

Most of what Fanzoj makes is in the $50k+ range. They don't list prices on their website - "if you've gotta ask..." as the saying goes.

    So yeah.

    Baikal > Fanzoj.

If no one is prepared to part with the one he made especially for them as a custom build, I would guess the only person who could supply one would be Scott ...I guess these will be either hard to get or Scott will be very busy earning Jacinda bucks.....(that is from people spending their buy back money, not jacinda paying him not to....)

Classy, lightweight and cheap compared to the Prinz and Fanzoj
Blaser K95 is still the best option as it ticks both boxes being classy and lightweight .
    Take down on seconds
    Scope returns to zero 100%
    perfectly
As strong as a bolt action
Available in some interesting euro calbers

Is your one a straight stock? Is it a factory recoil pad?
