Who cleans your dishwasher Phillipo ? We've had enough of this kitchen talk - haven't we ? Ryan you asked for it ...

DPT also says not to tighten them up while hot. Would squeeze out the grease and also once cool the gaps would be smaller and seize. I use a lithium grease and ty to remember to loosen and retighten them just a bit after shooting. Sometimes I also check they aren't coming loose after a dozen shots or so. Having had epics myself getting them apart, I don't tighten them up hard now.

If you taken them right apart, clean the threads with a toothbrush then a rag as I get real hard white crumbly deposits falling out of my suppressor that feel like they would grit in and damage the threads. see: my old post on barrel and suppressor maintenance

The second and third baffle are lock righted together on mine. As well as the alignment bushing and the last one. The only one that unscrews by itself is the first baffle. All the others unscrew all connected together.

So the website was incorrect about taking your DPT can to the Sika Show 2018 for a free clean and polish?

All four baffles unscrew from the suppressor rear chamber, all four baffles unscrew from each other, the front cap is loctited to the front baffle.

Oh ok. Maybe I am being a bit too chicken to try and take it all apart. Thanks Darren.

Cheers mate, seems I have two seized then. Might PM @Pauli as I'd rather it was all sweet.

Put it back together and fire a few shots through it, then have a go at getting it undone. worked on mine after I too was a bit lazy.
