    Compact binos recommendation

    Hey team.

I’m looking for a budget but not shit pair of compacts. My daughter has been out with me a few times and she has started complaining about the pos tasco’s I originally got her (they are crap to be fair)

What do people use/can recommend? I have a budget of $200 ish.

Looking in the region of 10x25 or something similar.

Would like them to be good enough for me to use when I’m just out for a walk and not taking my full kit too.

    Chur

Should be able to grab a pair of Steiner Ranger 8x30 on the street for that price. Very nice optics for the money.

Funny. I was just thinking the same thing for my boys. My binos are a bit big for them to handle. Bit of research and in the 2-300$ range Vortex Diamondbacks or Vortex Raptors have great reviews. Just bought a new set of Diamondback 8x28’s for $285 delivered off skippersmate which I thought was fair.

I'm drawn to the mountains and the bush, it's where life is clear, where the world makes the most sense.
