Take the floorplate off the mag. Be careful the insides don't spring out at ya. Note which way round the spring is (leg pointing forward or back) change it round and retry. If that doesn't work try turning it over top to bottom.
you can see the follower is angled down in your photo, it should be sitting level like the one above
The model has long been known for feeding problems, however there are some reasonably easy fixes. If the round is sitting too high and contacting the top of the chamber then either the magazine feed lips are too far apart at the front and need to be tweaked with a good pair of pliers (like Marmite, a little goes a long way so be careful), or the extractor edges need some gentle chamfering and polishing. Remember, it is better to do several careful adjustments than one big one that goes too far! The attached sketch may help.
I have two 465vs, both have that problem, I just feed them with authority and that seems to take care of the problem.
yep as others have said that mag dont look right - the mag follower should not look like that - but mate you have a lot to go on - your friends are empty cases - lots of carefull working that action - a magnifying glass - observation of cases and action - a lot on google on the problem - not a file and angle grinder cure -slowly work on it - my guess is that mag
Yeah that pic is not the normal state of the mag but how it jams on the last round.
Typically, it sits level.
