You want get better people to deal with, they have a "beat the price" option that will be worth a try.

Cheers, saw it just now so have sent him the link. Don't hold it though if you have someone wanting it.

Well I dropped the hammer on a set of new Vanguard ED11'S, ended up getting them from Ash at Hammills Rangiora, $599 which is pretty good sure I could've got em cheaper if I pissed about online but Ash has always looked after me so I like to support him when I can.
Not only that but due to shipping delays with show weekend they where held up in the post so Ash loaned me his personal pair of ED's for a trip I had already planned prior to purchasing. You wouldn't get that kind of service from an online merchant, so big ups to Ash at Hamills Rangiora definate G.C.
First impressions are great, well finished no blemishes etc, very clear and bright to look through obviously field testing will be required.
The only thing I was apprehensive about was a lot of online reviews said the focus ring needed to be worked a bit to loosen it up as from the factory they are a bit stiff however I was pleased to find mine was smooth and really nice to use so they must have fixed that.
Dunno when I'll be out next but I'll post up more findings when they have seen a bit of use.

Weight, field of view, physical size.

Granted yours have a couple pluses too but for me size and weight matter.

No offense mate but sounds like a case of sour grapes and there's no need for it.
You offer great products at a price point, that doesn't mean everyone wants or needs your product. Personal preference counts.
And your right beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder

Sweet as mate just sounded like you were a bit bemused why I would by vanguards over your delta forests.
