I mounted loads of these while working in Canada, good simple sytem. I would personally (I have) use Talley rings (Low) for a T3 as they are roughly the same cost and have a lot less bulk to them, plus they give you more options for how far back/forward you can mount the scope. Both systems are very simple to install.

    Gunworks Ltd - 30MM Tikka T3 Black

Other than that go Sako Optilocks but they are a bit expensy.

Great mounts, strong and light and align very very well made. Long mount screws so you will be unlikely to strip the threads, I didn't need to lap the rings at all with a perfect fit.

Scope position is limited so if you have a scope with long or short eye relief it can cause issues, I had to go Talley when I changed scopes to one that has 4" of eye relief and while they are light they are not as well made. I had to do a fair amount of lapping to get a perfect fit on the Talley rings.
