    Oi! I resemble that remark.

Suppose at some stage I'll need to work out a cheek riser since the ocular will be heading for the stratosphere with all this angle on it.

Yeah, I already do. Mine does tiny groups at 100m.

The girls one should be better with the longer barrel, faster twist, better optics, muzzle brake, ... better operator.

It is in the wrong place, which is right for it's intended user. The good thing is that most of the bits have come from the forum or forum advertisers. The only exception is the rail direct from EGW. The girl has certainly earned this rig with all her help over the last three years particularly. This is no gift, I've been keeping tabs and putting the stuff aside for her. About 50 rounds of ammo and we're about square.

    Good work @TimeRider.

Top stuff GM I am sure Timerider will be more than pleased with her rifle, you might have to watch out she may give you a run for your money on the range.

Took it to the range to test it out today. Bore sighted at 25m and pretty much bang on with the first shot. Then went out to 100m took aim at the bottom dot and wound the crosshairs onto the hole, then put three shots down range. My next three shots were a bit tighter but the Range Officer kept that target for a file copy.

Virtually no recoil and the chamber polish job did the trick and there were no extraction issues. I can see my arse getting well and truly kicked in a few weeks.
