Thread: e endorsement forms just a few questions

question 6 what firearms clubs to you belong to? well i currently belong to nil will this cause any problems ? if so whats a good club to join in the wellington region ? reason i ask is that they told me they have over looked the whole you need to find people with there "E" as referrals as i'd never get it if i had to find anyone with there "E".

also they say put down referral nominee 3 and 4 and say they will review the i guess 1 and 2 from your "A" i cant even remember who they where ?
maybe dumb questions but cant hurt to ask!

There is no mention on the form requiring someone with an E-Endorsement

i apologize your correct it does not, i think i combination of the arms officer saying that and reading they must be firearms dealers collectors made me over look the "or serving members of recognized organisations" which like you say doesn't state they must hold an "E" oh well doesn't hurt to ask.

Hopefully they gave you the latest form. When I went to visit the police a month ago they gave me old forms. I ended up downloading the latest from the web

hey thanks trevs yeah mine are a little different, also did you join or already belong to a club ?

Soon as I started to fill mine in I joined NZDA and SSANZ. Not sure what SSANZ really do but it was only $20 to Join. NZDA cost me a bit more but thought I better join and hopefully meet some good people

So for now its a waiting game for the Endorsement to be completed

WSRA is a good club to join in Wellington, membership is considered a valid reason for a e endorsement,a shoot a month where you get to play with your toys in a fun and safe way but a lot of members only show up a couple of times a year
