I had a Sig Sauer Tango4 that ticked all of your boxes, except the glass was absoloute shite, the Tango6 may be better.

Another one to consider is Burris Veracity, they do 3-15x50 and a 4-20x50. Have the 3-15 on a 264, pretty good optics and reticle. Bought mine 2nd hand for about 12 hundie
Another, slightly cheaper, option would be the Vortex Diamondback Tactical FFP. Lacks illumination and a zero stop, but is about $1000 cheaper and 8oz lighter than the PST GenII etc. I haven’t got one yet but potentially looking at putting one on my .270Win hunting rifle.
They were purchased by Tangent Theta. They still make the same scope. I’ve not seen one in the flesh but they’re supposedly the same scope.
I have a 5 - 15 light tac. Really nice glass and the Gen 2 Mildot is a practical recticle.
I sent mine to Premier when I bought it as I wanted a target turret installed. Paul Lange was my contact at Premier and he was awesome to deal with. Premier has a very interesting history. They did a lot of work for Leupold in their formative years.
The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds
I've got the March 3-24 x 42 FFP - 2, actually, and they are beyond great. The FM-L reticle works well @3x where it looks like a duplex, and past 8x the floating dot is superb. Clicks are perfect, glass is superb, it all just works.
The only problem is you end up wanting more.
