I would have been telling said f&h fucker to get the fucking thing sorted or he would be replacing it for nothing. And in fact why didn't the useless cunt just replace it now cause you you are well over it and it's their fucking problem.

If it got there at the right time it may not be too bad, but they wait until there is a heap to go to get the shipping cost down........ then charge for shipping.......

Phillipo gets a 'company car' as such via the forum- we make bugger all (prob $100 a year) so its a old piece of shit Subaru with wire holding the glovebox closed.

So after waiting a grand total of about 10 days a brand new set of binos has arrived to replace the ones I got sent back to them because of a eye piece issue. Good service!

Nice Maybe a bit of bad press on the other forum woke them up a bit

Talking to my shop after the bad press on here they said if it looks like the scope or binos will end up getting replaced by Leupold in the USA then NZ Asia simply send a replacement from their stock and sort out the USA side of things later. My shop did say that they'd had some issues with repair job timeframes.
