With the limited use I've given my V3, never noticed any POI shift or accuracy issues on anything other than the little JW-103 7.62x39 and that was only before I bedded the thing properly. Most of my suppressors weigh more than the V3 as a point of note. One serious advantage of the Labradar and Garmin devices is you can use them on big arsed overbore magnum rifles fitted with F-U (and your ears plus eyes when shooting over pumice) radial loudeners. I've made up a little shield that clamps on with circlips to divert (for a second time) the muzzle blast out of the radial break back up and forwards and away from the vulnerable bits on the V3 but it still needs a clean afterwards. Makes a difference to the recoil you feel too...

interesting idea, never thought about it, as it would be very impractical for the (public range) shooting I do.

    As for POI Shift:

Mine does not cause a noticeable shift when I have it horizontal, either

Nevertheless, a mount from a picatinny rail on the stock/chassis is next on the project list...

    Got these this morning

Most of them are already on the way to their new owners

Shot a few groups of pellets through a couple of air rifles today, all around 760 fps over my Garmin, it never missed one, these things are absolutely nuts

Literally turn it on, push some buttons to get it to do what you want, plonk it on the bench pointing towards the target & away you go, takes less time than me typing this sentence

I have sold that lot of ten & have another 5 on their way due here Monday (courier dependant) if any one would like one $1200

Shot some arrows over my one in the workshop, didn't miss a beat, no way a Labradar would have managed it, or the slug gun for that matter

To be fair, all you need a chronograph for is load development to get es and SD.
Then just validate/ true you load.
    A luxury really.
If you didn't have either you would be a fool if you didn't buy the Garmin at this stage.

Brought the Garmin to the range day on Saturday. The feedback was positive. Picked up every shots without misses. It also won't pickup your neighbours shot neither unless you're shooting too close to each other.

Had a big day testing loads today with the Garmin C1 and it was going 7 hours 180 shots between 4 rifles, still had 50% battery. Had some small amount of tall grass in the way of the radar with no shots missed. My mate was super impressed with the size and quick setup anywhere with flawless results compared to our other mates old lab radar.

A bit of impromptu new bow testing prework this morning

This one is made from Manuka & goes fairly well for the pull weight
