Thread: 'Golf' rangefinders any good?

@viper that sounds odd for Leupold. I had my leupold one for 15yrs and the laser crapped out. Sent it back to the states and got 60% off a brand new one. My goto will always be leupold for a range finder. That sid SNDWAY is a good cheap option.

yeah it was disappointing , I can't remember if it was imported or purchased through a NZ retailer. He took it into Broncos in Tauranga and that was the response. They recommended Vortex as the warranty even on electronic gear is basically forever.

FYI - my SNDWAY rangefinder arrived from Ali express today. Took less than 2 weeks to arrive, mint piece of kit and ranging accurately. First field test is next Friday but stoked so far. Thanks all who recommended

Surprised - usually the LCD in them is a standard part which is often available as a generic from the electronic component retailers. The hardest bit is getting to the bit needing to be repaired, which for some units is actually impossible without surgery (Garmin milspec grade GPS units are like this, ultrasonically seam welded so the case basically is one piece).
