Ok so it looks like Jaco’s is this one:
https://gpo-usa.com/shop/tactical/sc...turi-4-16x44i/ (sfp) but could be wrong

    As mine is this one:
    https://gpo-usa.com/shop/tactical/sc...super-compact/ (Ffp)

But if I had to buy another one I would buy this new one:
https://gpo-usa.com/shop/tactical/sc...super-compact/ ffp as well but better reticle.

Also, looking at Jaco s rifle, I think I would have to strech my neck quite a bit to look all that way through mine if mine was installed like that on my howa mini .

I have a Meopta Optika 3-18 FFP with that ring style reticle, it's a really nice scope, but the reticle is not that great for hunting . . .,.

A mate has the same meopta and quite like it.
I also have the bushnell LRHS with a similar type of reticle and I quite like it.

You sure? I dont see an SFP super compact or an mrad super compact which Jacos is clearly both your link is to an entirely different scope. I think his is the Mil Reticle like yours which is different to what their website actually shows. It definitely looks similar to the picture Jaco Posted if you use this video as an example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tVeIKO3sObg
How familar are you with FFP? Could be a perspective issue as on the low end ffp will always struggle to compete without very good reticle design similar to the THLR reticle if it was a little less busy

The horse shoe reticles are horrid for precision. They ruin the most useful part of the windage holds and block a lot of the target. Fine for there intended use but I hate them.
@Jaco Goosen Does yours have the actual mRad values in the reticle and which bit iluminates?

Sweet wasn't supposed to be an attack just a query it was the first thing I noticed going to FFP. I haven't been able to find a SFP model anywhere so seemed off.

    Quick check.
The mill values are not shown in the scope and I've got a little cross in the middle that illuminates(not a diamond as shown on the picture I posted.)

My scope is a FFP - I specifically asked for FFP.

Hi Stocky, no offence taken at all. Give a call to Kelly country and speak to Karen. I am sure she also had a compact sfp in stock when I bought my ffp.
