So lately ive sold some and brought some. This is what ive ended up with.

    Beretta a400
Rem 700 from KG 30-375R Vortex viper pst. Boyds stock. Fluted barrel and bolt T2 brake
Howa 308 vortex viper HS 2.5-10x44
Ruger 10/22 nikko 3-9x42 from the howa package deal. archangel stock and true flite barrel. Trigger parts and other bits on there way from brownells.
I was told no more rifles but she never said anything about parts.
A marlin might be more accurate but they are effn boring

Almost all bases covered, 223 would finish it off. I just got the 10-22 barrel today its still full of grease. when the brownells bits arrive i will set it up and run it in.

Lying low, giving social media a break.

I like the viper hs its compact, nice retical but i dont really have much to compare it to. Its better than my old Leupold MK4 LRT and the nikko (obviously) it hasnt had any real tests i havent been out since the roar its only killed two cows and some wallabies

A simple squizz at a schematic drawing of the action should ease your concern

The 10/22 satisfies my AR urges for now. I like the idea of a stumpy 223 (the heavy barrel remington) that shoots MOW (minute of wallaby) and can get beat up a bit.
