I can't get that weaver to fit! Need higher mount so it clears the rear sight mount! I've ground all I can of the mount without making it unable to replace the leaf!

Stock made by a guy I shoot with, he made it for his Brno, it's American Walnut. He then found a better piece of fiddle back timber and made another for himself and sold me this one! Great talent.

Shot these two today: one is a whinchester 70 I put together ( barrel fitting to the action, threaded and fitted suppressor ) but I have not done a bedding yet. Just for a quick test. The other one is a seven into a lss chassis. Will change the suppressor soon but this one came with the rifle;-).
Both were shot with factory ammo: 150 gr federal and 130 gr Belmont . The Belmont shoot pretty well, the last group were 5 shot at 106m this morning.(308 win btw)
