Sorry for butting in but would one of these appeal? Same manufacturer and no pistol grip:

    Saiga 7.62x39 520mm Barrel

    Cheers.

I'm looking for one with food furniture, preferably with a pistol grip.

Even something like a Molot Vepr, will start too look seriously in the new year.

Cost me $1200 2nd hand. A bit steep but it shoots awesome. Like 3MOA with irons awesome. For an AK. I'd get one FAST as the law is changing soon.

I too was quite impressed with the accuracy, definitely not what I was expecting.

Very nice! Did Morange make the break as well? Put some coin aside, you will need a new barrel next week if the speeds Abe told me are the norm
Do what ya want! Ya will anyway.

Ooh, ooh, Bevis mate I have 3 of those in my Safe from Spikes Tacticool

Now if only the other bits I have ordered would come off back order and we would be away.

Some bits have arrived but I'm still waiting on Barrels from Kreiger and another Brownells order with Bolts, Carriers and Handguards and finally 2 Stripped uppers which have been on Back order since April last year!!!!!!!!!!!! Looking at things going on in the US now I might never see them.

Building a couple of rabbit rifles for down south

I literally got all my parts secured mere days before the shtf. The lower is built, the upper should be in country, just waiting on the DOS to approve export of my barrel and I will be able to put my M16A4 clone together.
