I strangely I don't have anything from the Civil War.

Just replaced my Viper HS-T with a Viper PST 4-16×50 FFP on my model 7 7mm SAUM.

Looking forward to using the illuminated reticle at a few spots where the deer come out right on dark.

The HS-T was fine, could see the deer, just couldn't see the fine reticle.

There is just something so cool about a revolver that breaks open and ejects the cases up like a double barrelled shotgun

Haha yep - though it's a shame the Royal Armouries have such a poor audio recording setup. It sounds like a cap gun!
