Nice rifle Ryan.
If the rifle has the original stock finish you don't need to oil it with boiled linseed oil. It won't do much for the stock. Try and get some Renaissance Wax or failing that Briwax.
Put a scope on it Ryan and start using it Nice pea shooter
Nice one I learned to shoot with one at school.
looking at it again - its a minter - never been used by the looks
Thought mine was a minter - but yours has no use
What year is it (written on other side) ?
Deff earlier than mine going on serial # mine starts with a 4.
Hard to find an even used/abused one of these now - been looking for a mate. Saw 1 - wanted 800 or was it 1000 ??
Looking at your wood - I be reluctant to change it, but if you do, that true Oil is a good product followed up with Renaissance wax/polish.
Good luck - write it into your Will to someone special :-))
oops - you only in your 30's - you will use it for many years before the above has to happen :-))
That scope is so high, you could tuck the stock under your armpit to take an aim ;-)
If any of you come accross a BRNO Model 2 with shortened barrel (rear sight base removed and barrel turned down ) Serial Number 350444 I would like to know.
I sold it in a fit of stupidity when I just had to have a Remington M597 POS and it was totally that!!!
I would like to buy it back
Trust the dog.........................................ALWAYS Trust the dog!!
I must of got lucky I had one and it was leagues ahead of my POS 1022
Not necessarily new, but a new stug carbon stock and bolt handle makes it feel new.
