Real guns start with the number 3 or bigger and make two holes, one in and one out

    Nice rifle Ryan.

If the rifle has the original stock finish you don't need to oil it with boiled linseed oil. It won't do much for the stock. Try and get some Renaissance Wax or failing that Briwax.

Lovely wood on yours - mine is slightly lighter - but I sanded back and True Oiled
Scope set up is a bit stupid at moment, have aim at top of possum head when close in - just waiting on scope reshuffle around a few other rifles, prob go back to the Leopold VXii.

looking at it again - its a minter - never been used by the looks
Thought mine was a minter - but yours has no use
What year is it (written on other side) ?
Deff earlier than mine going on serial # mine starts with a 4.
Hard to find an even used/abused one of these now - been looking for a mate. Saw 1 - wanted 800 or was it 1000 ??
Looking at your wood - I be reluctant to change it, but if you do, that true Oil is a good product followed up with Renaissance wax/polish.
Good luck - write it into your Will to someone special :-))
oops - you only in your 30's - you will use it for many years before the above has to happen :-))

That scope is so high, you could tuck the stock under your armpit to take an aim ;-)

Yours looks slightly different to mine, does your one have BRNO markings or CZ only? Different bolt handle, front sight hood etc?

If any of you come accross a BRNO Model 2 with shortened barrel (rear sight base removed and barrel turned down ) Serial Number 350444 I would like to know.
I sold it in a fit of stupidity when I just had to have a Remington M597 POS and it was totally that!!!

I would like to buy it back

Hey. There is no need for language like that. You should have just typed 'my 1022'. Everyone already knows they're a POS.

    Must run now.

Its actually exaggerated in photo somewhat.
Its OK to shoot with - just no good shooting the possy out of the tree above you - if you know what I mean
It will be changed soon - waiting for both neighbours to be away for sighting in again with Leopold

Not necessarily new, but a new stug carbon stock and bolt handle makes it feel new.
