    I could imagine the looks if you rocked up to a safari for a cape buff with one of those.
    Certainly calibre fine-scope a bit big but rifle definitely not traditional.

    200gn FP just under 3000 fps, Made too much of a mess on deer
    Now using 250gn Sierra SP @ 2600fps
    Barrel is 16 inches

    Mines a rem 700-416 rem mag with a Leupold 1.5-5x25 on it-took the big chunky rem iron sights off for here. Shot a deer and a couple of cattle beasts with it but anything in Africa is pretty safe at present.
