My Tikka loves the Eley Contact 42gn

Everything at 50m was going in the same hole, so I stretched it out more.
Welcome to Sako club.
Got a Ken Henderson stock coming so will get some work done and a load developed whilst I’m away so I can just reload them to recipe when I’m home.
I need to find the Atlasworxs bottom metal with the ambidextrous mag release. Anyone know where to find them?

Well that was weird.
Original post was about the ESS being an excellent product. Well made and comfortable to shoot.
Smashed song gongs with a mate out to 335 and @Double Shot joined us on the first day for some fun. He bought with him some MK machining goodies and I couldn’t resist a level for the rail.
Will be selling the ESS as I’ve ordered the Ken Henderson Tikka Tactical option.
Will also be selling off the Athlon Ares too.
Was at the range today and a customer was there with his spiffy new DPT chassis that I only got to him this week.
Couldn't resist a pic for the thread! He's very pleased.
Out with the Old.. in with the New..

Nice but won’t the local sheeple be worried about that scary banana shaped magazine? It looks lethal. Ha ha ha ha good on ya
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms
Should be ok if we paint it pink
Couldn't wait any longer for Cindy to make up her mind about paying us so went out and bought this. Have always wanted a break down rifle. Nice and short, reasonably light. They feel good in hand and point very well. Should make a good bush weapon.
Chambered in ol mate 308.

Nice. I’ve lost my takedownish rifle thanks to this f**ked year as well.
