Picked up my new toy last weekend... Sako vixen L461 treble
Now on the hunt for a good scope if somebody has one they would like to go to a good home?
Thinking along the lines of Kahles 2-7x36 or something similar, must be 1 inch tube. Suggestions welcome

Seen you have the 'high' rings so you can probably go for something in the 40mm+ objective range.

Finally mounted my Surplus burris SixX 2-12x40 on the model 7.

16" barrel and had a spacer put in.

Now time to load some 160gr TMKs up with some 2206H once both arrive(I've already got the cases waiting primed!)

Here's our whole family of Marlins. The 45/70 you may have seen in the facelift photo , my daughter's beloved 357 you can't get out of her hands with anything short of a crowbar , and my sons 30/30 XLR jm stamped.
The 357 is now wearing a standard style scope instead of scout style and a suppressor... this is an older pic.

6.5X54 all M1903 Mannlichers are 6.5X54 unless they have been rechambered/rebarreled, one of the others is a TD - take down & the other is a full stock Carbine to but been messed around a bit !

I can't see the photo on my computer but I see it on my phone ?

Here's another from my stable. Ruger M77 mk2 s/s with a paddle/skeleton stock in 243 . I made the wooden inserts over lockdown to replace the original plastic inserts out of plywood, coloured them with a mixture of leather dye and linseed oil and then 'varnished' them with 5 layers of superglue. They're as hard as rock now and 100 percent waterproof. Also wearing the factory sling and have the factory gun bag also. I keep considering moving it on as I rarely use it but can't bring myself to do it...
