Picked this up from a local gunsjop a couple of weeks ago...

Remington 700V in 6mm Remington made in January 1968.

Came with 100 rounds of factory Federal ammo which was handy. Haven't tried to wring its accuracy potential out just yet. If it doesn't play the game, it might make a great candidate for an M40 clone..

In longrange riflery, trajectory is the pure science part. Gravity is a constant for our purposes.
Wind is in the art department.
    Light is pure fucking voodoo.

I'm trying to sell a set of 6mm Rem dies if you're keen, also got 80-odd 100 grain 6mm SP bullets of unknown manufacture that you can just have if they're of any use.

    Glory days of Remington!

Would be a real shame to use it as a donor

Old pressed checkered job with flyer de lees ? Pattern. That is vintage. Pre A series serial number? If so bolt has no anti bind slot in the lug. Interest point only.

A rear view mirror might be useful for deer sneaking up behind you?
