That was one of the main things that I didn’t like for some reason.

The switch barrel concept is really born out of firearms laws in alot of Europe where you are limited to a certain number of guns.

Here in Norway a Blaser with 6 different barrels would still be classed as one single rifle.

I help out at the Range where up to 500 hunters per week take there Shooting test in the lead up to the hunting season. You see alot if different guns as well as shooters of all abilities.

Been collecting up the bits for this for a while now, just need a hinged floor plate to finish it. Kind of a walking varminter sort of rifle mainly for shooting hares and bunnies but should have no trouble with a fallow or two.
Rem700 22-250, 26", Stug stock which I cleaned up and wet sanded heaps to give it a nice finish, also reshaped the forend and used epoxy to fill any imperfections and wet sanded it all back again, it's come up pretty darn good. Dpt Mk2, Nightforce Shv

P1200 mate, it's super fine but leaves a nice finish and you won't go through the original outer layer of epoxy, lots of elbow grease!

Stop maligning it Solo. Black rifles matter.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

I feel like buying a Maral every time I play with one. I don't think it's really apples to apples comparing to a Blaser, they're totally different ideas. The Maral is honestly just a straight pull BAR. It's funny for me because I always thought a Blaser would be a rifle to aspire too, played with a couple and hated them. I had no interest in a BAR when we were allowed them either *shrug*

This is the latest addition to the collection and really like it so far, bought it as a barreled action and added the oryx stock and made up a bag rider.
26" Howa in 6.5 Creedmoor, have been shooting some factory ammo through it and looking forward to working up a load for it.
