Started the build last year and only received it this week. Hope it shoots as well as its looks suggest !

Very nice. As another left hander I know the difficulty finding things like aftermarket stocks. Great job.
Experience. What you get just after you needed it.

Thankyou sir. You are quite right. Anything for left hand rifles is just that little bit harder to find, less plentiful and often a bit more expensive. It's very satisfying to finally pull it all together and complete a project such as this.

Nice rifle bro! speaking as another left handed shooter. Is this going to be your bush hunting outfit

just wondering why there is a link to service stations in New York City at the bottom of your post?

Thankyou sir. Appreciate the compliment. The plan with this rifle was to have a rough and tumble unit for anywhere, anytime sort of thing. I've had a growing itch to play around with the calibre which I mentioned to a friend in Texas and he jumped in to help. And between us and his gunsmith this is the result. After doing the work his gunsmith told me he wanted to keep it, but my need was greater ! When I get a load or loads sorted for it I'll use it at any opportunity on Rabbits to Deer, Kiwi hunting and / or possibly overseas. Probaly shouldn't expect much difference to my .375 H&H but will be fun finding out.
I use Postimage.org ( free ) to host the pics I post here. I dunno why those links show up stuck on the pics but it happens with some pics. Maybe something to do with advertisers that pay them for a bit of exposure..... ???

You chose a particularly eye catching example. I wouldn't mind handling one of those just for fun. What calibre is yours ?

    didn't you sell your Sako,
    buy a Lupo,
    sell your Lupo,
    buy back your Sako,
    rebarrel/rechamber your Sako,
    sell your Sako (again!),
and now you've bought another Lupo?

Yup.....but this Lupo is prettier, and I still own a 3006ai that shoots as well as the Sako that I actually prefer over the Sako so alls well. However the irony is not lost on me

Also in my defense the second Lupo purchase was an accident I mean look at it, how could I not take it home

Well actually I was delivering a stock to @dannyb and had arranged a carpark to meet, when I got there I sort of guessed where he would be and I was correct. I swear he was drooling but seeing how much taller than me he is I couldn't be sure.
